Important Note: To obtain a minor in Agricultural Business Management the student must be currently enrolled in a major, other than the Agricultural Business Management major, at N.C. State University. Paperwork for certification of the minor can be found in 3304 Nelson Hall and must be submitted no later than the registration period for the student's final semester at N.C. State. The minor must be completed no later than the semester in which the student expects to graduate from his or her degree program.

Catalog. Distance education courses may be offered through face-to-face delivery (site-based instruction), video conferencing, internet or video via cable television or DVD. They are usually taught as the 601 section of undergraduate courses offered on the university's campuses.
Courses or course sections may not be listed in the WolfWare listing of course webpages, however, they may still be offered through distance education. Please note that Wolfware course webpages may not be available until the beginning of a semester or summer session.

Required Courses and Information
Please note that not all of the course required for the Agricultural Business minor are currently offered through Distance Education and some course are offered through other colleges and departments.
The future requirements for a Agricultural Business Management Minor Distance Education Program may be different from those currently required if such a program is approved.
In addition to Introduction to Agricultural and Resource Economics, ARE 201,
any other two courses listed on this page may be selected as part of the three required courses. All courses are three (3) credit hours unless otherwise indicated.
